Temperature : 170°C


1 kg Cauliflower (Cut big florets)
2" Cinnamon stick
5 Cloves
6 Black peppercorns
½ tsp salt

For marinade:

1 Cup Hung Curd
1 TbspBesan
¼ TspHaldi
1 Tsp Kasoori Methi
2 Tsp Ginger Paste
2 Tsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Tandoori Masala
2 Tsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
¼ TspAjwain
10-12 Mint leaves (finely chopped)
4 Tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Chaat masala to sprinkle

How to Cook

1) Boil five cups of water with whole spices,½ tsp salt in a large deep pan.
2) When water starts boiling add wholecauliflowers in it. Boil it for 10 mins.
3) Drain and refresh under running water.
4) In a large bowl combine Hung yogurt,Roasted besan, Kasoorimethi, Ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, tandoorimasala, ajwain, chopped Mint and Corianderleaves, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper ,mix well.
5) Add the boiled Cauliflower florets to the yoghurt and mix well to coat the florets, marinate for 30 -45 mins.
6) Preheat Oxy Fryer at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
7) Brush the basket with oil, arrangeCauliflower Florets in the basket brush with oil and oxyfryfor 15 -20mins.
8) Remove when done, sprinkle with chaatmasala and serve hot with ketchup ormint chutney.
