Pineapple Fish by : Malaika Arora Khan

Temperature : 170°C


3 fish fillet ( Rawas/surmai)
5 pineapple slices(fine chopped)
1 tbsp black onion seeds (kalonji or nigella)
1 tsp turmeric
1 red chilli fresh ,
deseeded and finely chopped
1tsp fine chopped garlic
1/4cup almond powder
1tbsp sugar
Salt to taste

How to Cook

1) In a bowl mix pineapple , chillies , turmeric ,sugar season with salt
2) Heat oil in a frying pan , toss the pineapple mix for not more then
two mins 
3) Season the fish with salt and garlic, add tossed pineapple and
kalonji  keep   aside for 20mins .
4) Season almond powder with pepper .
5) Preheat the oxyfryer for 10 mins at 170 degrees.
6) Coat the fish  with seasoned almond powder .
7) Brush oil  on the coated fish and place in the oxyfryer for 15mins. 
8) Serve hot .
