Temperature : 170°C


200 gms Flour
30 gms sugar
100gms butter
1 pinch salt
100 ml water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar and cinnamon

How to Cook

1) In a medium saucepan, heat the butter and water until the butter is completely melted, Bring to the boil then off the heat.
2)Add sugar and flour and Beat with a wooden spoon until a ball of dough forms that leaves the sides of the saucepan completely clean.
3) Set aside for 2 minutes. Preheat the oxyfryer at 170 degrees for 10 min.
4) Until then, whisk the eggs, add little at a time until you have a thick, smooth mixture.
5) Transfer the paste into a piping bag fitted with a small star nozzle and pipe.
6) Oxyfryer for 12- 15mins until crisp and golden.
7)While the churros are baking, make your sauce.
8) As soon as the churros are ready, remove from the oxyfryer& roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
9) If the sugar doesn't coat, brush the churroslightly.
